ABOUT ME
I came to Hypnobirthing in 2023 whilst pregnant with my son Bodhi. I was extremely passionate about birth even prior to falling pregnant with my baby boy, and once pregnant I truly immersed myself in the birthing world and knew from early on that I would end up training as a Hypnobirthing teacher. I enjoyed KG Hypnobirthing so much during my own birth experience and feel passionate about spreading this information and helping expecting parents. Unfortunately, things didn’t quite go to plan with my birth but I used my skills throughout the entire experience and I can wholeheartedly say I couldn’t have done it without Hypnobirthing.
In 2023 I completed my teacher training and graduated with a Diploma in Hypnobirthing from Katherine Graves Hypnobirthing, the teaching course is fully accredited by the Royal College of Midwifery.
Birth rights are human rights, and I aim to ensure that you get the very best birth experience, because we all deserve that.
Whilst my teacher training diploma is recognised by the Royal College of Midwifery it is not a medical qualification. I am entirely independent and not restricted by NHS policy and guidelines. My role is to help you unlock your confidence and look forward to birthing your baby, sign-post you to reputable sources of evidence-based information and from there you will make the decisions that are right for you.
Birth is a physiological event and not a medical one but I completely acknowledge and am hugely grateful for the fact that we are so fortunate to have such excellent medical expertise to support us where necessary.
